Hannah

Hannah’s introduction to Pilates began as a college elective, recommended to help with persistent low back pain. Despite an active lifestyle, she was surprised by the challenge, and kept showing up for those 9 a.m. classes.

Years later, returning to mat Pilates reshaped her relationship with movement. She began prioritizing how she felt over calories burned, discovering a practice that left her feeling stronger, more connected, and energized. After attending one of Legacy Pilates in the Park pop-ups, an inspiring conversation sparked the idea of teaching. Hannah is now pursuing her classical mat certification through Peak Pilates.

At Legacy, Hannah is drawn to the thoughtful, welcoming approach to Pilates; a space where there is room to learn, grow, and meet yourself where you are. Hannah very much values the sense of connection that comes from a shared commitment to movement and personal growth.

Originally from upstate New York, Hannah now calls the area home with her fiancé, Dillon. Outside the studio, they love discovering new restaurants, exploring local food spots, and planning visits back to family—especially when good pizza is involved.
